The Shoe that Grows sounds like the title of a fairy tale and for many unfortunate kids it may very well be just that, a fairy tale come true.
This amazing story began in Nairobi Kenya when a volunteer worker from the United States noticed a little girl wearing shoes that were way small for her feet. He thought “What if there was a shoe that could adjust and expand—so kids always had a pair of shoes that fit?” and so a thought put into action and five years later, The Shoe That Grows was a reality. A reality for thousands of kids worldwide who have no shoes.
